1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using V2X1.com (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Description of Service

V2X1.com provides a collection of browser-based tools and utilities designed for various purposes including but not limited to text formatting, data encoding/decoding, password generation, hash generation, security tools, media manipulation, mathematical calculations, and other online utilities.

Most tools operate entirely within your browser. The Service processes data locally on your device and does not transmit your tool input data to our servers. However, some tools may require API calls for technical or security reasons and are clearly marked with globe icon badges. We also use Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage information that helps us improve the Service.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use any robot, spider, or other automated device to access the Service in a manner that sends more request messages to the Service’s servers in a given period of time than a human can reasonably produce in the same period
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Attempt to reverse engineer any portion of the Service

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by V2X1.com and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

V2X1.com is not an open source project. While we welcome feedback and suggestions through our GitHub repository, the source code and assets of the Service are proprietary.

5. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your information.

By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy, including our use of Google Analytics.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. V2X1.com makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

V2X1.com does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. We do not warrant the accuracy of any calculations, conversions, or other outputs from our tools.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall V2X1.com be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Any errors or inaccuracies in the tools or their outputs

8. Data Security

V2X1.com is designed to process most tool input data locally in your browser. We do not collect, store, or transmit your data to our servers when you use most tools. Tools that require API calls for functionality are clearly marked with globe icon badges, unless explicitly stated for specific functionality.

While we design our tools with privacy and security in mind, you acknowledge that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for taking appropriate measures to secure your own data.

9. Changes to Terms

V2X1.com reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
